Down home Christmas

We started our holiday excursion by going to Alvin for the annual Forgy family gathering. My great-grandmother's kids, their kids, and their kids and so on still get together before Christmas. It's never complete without Granny's chicken and dumplings. Of course, Brandon, T and I hit so much traffic in Conroe trying to get home, by the time we got there all of my carnivorous cousins had killed the dumplings. Christmas was ruined... just kidding. We had a great time seeing everyone.

T and Aunt Jana. Teething, anyone?

T gave Big Al a Bucket Buddy for Christmas. Of course the gift wasn't complete until Thomas, Big Al's real bucket buddy, got in the gift.

Thomas got Jungle Book- because you have those "Bear Necessities..." I know it's stuck in your head now too!

Thomas got his first BIG red wagon from Mama B and Big Al. We didn't get to take a ride because the weather got nasty on Saturday. But we're looking forward to a walk with Big Al soon.

Family picture with Santa. We went and rode the Christmas train and took pictures with Santa before the Cowboys game.

Now the next leg in our journey begins. It's off to the Powers' Christmas. I'll post all the goodies in a bit.
