Please join us in welcoming our bundle of joy! Thomas Walker Powers got here early Wednesday morning after an eventful night. We went to the hospital Tuesday evening at 8 and were admitted when Kristin's water broke. She dialated pretty quickly and was ready to deliver at 2 a.m. Thomas got in some trouble when Kristin started pushing at 2:15. But with the great doctors and nurses at Baylor, we had a baby by 2:21! We came home Friday afternoon and Mama B (Kristin's mom) is here helping for the week. Then Grammy (Brandon's mom) gets to step in and be on call for "grandmother" emergencies. Both grandpas are as proud as can be of their namesake.
Brandon and Thomas have already started planning their fishing trips to Wyoming! Get ready Jackson Hole- The Powers Boys are coming to town!
